Global applications open in August 2026

The initiative will open for applications worldwide on 10 August 2026, giving promising entrepreneurs and startups from around the globe the opportunity to apply for the programme’s first cohort. The intake will focus on helping participants capitalise on available opportunities and navigate the challenges facing the digital commerce sector. Entrepreneurs and startups wishing to join the programme can submit their applications from 10 August 2026.

The integrated programme is set to begin in October, when selected companies will receive support and guidance to help them refine their business models, validate the viability of their solutions and prepare for market expansion.

Supporting Dubai’s economic agenda

Amna Lootah, General Manager of Dubai CommerCity, said: “We are committed to launching initiatives that support the objectives of Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), and strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in the emirate. Our partnership with Incubator reflects this commitment by helping address the challenges related to the readiness of startups in digital commerce and e-commerce, and assisting them in building business models that are investment-ready and capable of sustainable growth.”

For his part, Saeed Hamad Al Hameli, Founder and CEO of Incubator, said: “Building successful ventures in digital commerce requires more than innovative ideas; it needs an integrated business ecosystem that brings together specialised sector expertise, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.”

Access to innovation and strategic partners

Under the agreement, Dubai CommerCity will allow startups to benefit from its innovation ecosystem, while connecting them with relevant strategic partners and entities to accelerate their growth.
