As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance Arab culture, the UAE has announced the launch of the “History Academy,” a digital platform specializing in the professional production of historical content aimed at raising awareness of the history of the Arab region. The Academy, which is part of the “Visionaries” group, plays a pioneering role through its new program, “Historical Content Creators,” representing an important step toward advancing Arab cultural content that keeps pace with digital developments, presenting our heritage with integrity and professionalism. This program will provide participants with the necessary creative tools and seeks to build a generation of content creators capable of conveying historical stories that inspire future generations.
The Journey of the History Academy
The “Historical Content Creators” program was launched as the Academy’s first initiative, targeting the development of skills among Arab content creators. The program began at the Influencers’ Hub and continued until the end of July, attracting a diverse group of talented university students and creatives passionate about the history of the Arab region. During the promotional campaign, the Academy received around 1,000 enrollment applications from 20 countries, with 65 applicants accepted after passing rigorous testing and strict criteria.
