Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori is set to host the “Many Hands” dinner in Abu Dhabi, an exceptional event that merges the culinary traditions of Japan and the UAE. Scheduled for Thursday, October 16, the evening will feature renowned Chef Akmal Anuar collaborating with Chef Khaled Alsaadi, offering an intimate dining experience rich in shared plates and personal stories.

The dinner menu, priced at Dhs285 per person, is designed for family-style sharing, with every dish reflecting cherished memories and heritage.

On the Menu: A Feast Made for Sharing

Guests will be welcomed with a bowl of Maraq, a hearty soup accompanied by meat and shrimp wontons. Following this, the meal continues with Smoked Eggplant and Bukhari Rice presented in exquisite nigiri-style, eventually leading to a delightful Harissa and Walnut Dip served with soft Shokupan bread.

The standout feature of this “Many Hands” dinner is the lamb, showcased in a variety of styles that highlight the chefs’ skill and creativity. Attendees can relish Honey-Glazed Lamb Ribs with Smoked Furikake, Sticky Teriyaki Lamb Shank, Lamb Skewers, Lamb Floss infused with Majboos Spices, and Fahsa, a slow-cooked Yemeni stew. To complete the experience, sides such as Mushroom and Okra Bamia and Zurbian Rice are included, wrapped up with a warm Cinnamon Butter Pound Cake garnished with Honey Ice Cream and Sidr Honey.
