Abu Dhabi’s culinary scene is gearing up for one of its most highly anticipated events as the Taste of Abu Dhabi festival returns from November 13 to 15, 2026. This weekend-long food extravaganza not only showcases a wealth of local and international cuisine but also offers attendees a unique opportunity to engage with the culinary world through various activities and exclusive previews.
Exclusive Culinary Experiences
This year, festival-goers are in for a treat with the chance to savour dishes from two new restaurants making their debut in the capital. First up is TANJUN, a contemporary Japanese dining concept inspired by the renowned 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant. Diners can look forward to an innovative menu focusing on high-quality ingredients and authentic preparation methods, all presented in a relaxed setting.
Another highlight is La Broche by Bocuse, which is set to bring classic French rotisserie dishes to the festival. This offering precedes its permanent establishment as Brasserie Monsieur Paul located at Saadiyat Grove, allowing guests to get a first taste of the culinary delights to come.
In addition to these new venues, the festival will feature exclusive dishes from 16 renowned culinary hotspots in Abu Dhabi, including favorites like Soraya, Oak Room, Marcella, Almayass, and Ramen Bar.
Meet the Chefs and Join Interactive Workshops
Taste of Abu Dhabi is a haven for food enthusiasts, showcasing an impressive line-up of celebrity chefs, including Gino D’Acampo, Thomas Straker, Jenny Morris, and Rachel Allen. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from these culinary masters through live demonstrations, workshops, and masterclasses.
For those eager to enhance their cooking skills, interactive sessions at the Keeta Fire Pit will provide a chance for live open-fire cooking with celebrated chefs and pitmasters. In addition, participants can join Jo’s KITSCHEN for 30-minute workshops on making fresh pasta from scratch, while coffee lovers can enjoy free hands-on barista workshops hosted by SHOT Coffee, delving into the intricacies of coffee beans and brewing techniques.
It’s important to note that registration for workshops, talks, and masterclasses is complimentary but spaces fill up quickly. Attendees can register two hours prior to the start of each session, requiring in-person attendance for sign-up.
