The agency anticipates a continued increase in demand for hotel accommodations over the short to medium term, suggesting that the sector will thrive through 2029. This article explores Fitch’s projections for the industry, highlighting the expected growth in visitor numbers and key trends that will shape the hospitality landscape in the UAE.

Projected Growth in Tourist Arrivals

Fitch Solutions predicts that the number of tourists visiting the UAE will grow by 7.2% annually by 2025, reaching an impressive 28.9 million visitors, up from 27 million in 2024.
