Emphasizing clean lines and spacious silhouettes, the design is strikingly contemporary, featuring exposed vents and expansive windows. The overall ambiance communicates a retro charm, enhanced by minimalistic artworks and thoughtfully chosen splashes of color.
The menu at Apollo is a carefully curated mix of classic favorites and innovative dishes, featuring ceviche clasico, Asian chicken salad, prawn sesame toast, spinach & artichoke dip, Peruvian grilled octopus, chicken pot pie, and the Apollo burger crafted from dry-aged wagyu. For those with a sweet tooth, the caramelized popcorn ice cream provides a delectable finish.
