Tomorrow, Monday, the 4th edition of the “Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition” will officially launch at the Emirates Hall. This event, running until 16 September, will feature prominent real estate development companies alongside an elite gathering of officials, decision-makers, experts, and specialists in the real estate sector.
Eng. Omar bin Omeer Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, stated that organising the exhibition for the fourth consecutive year reflects the department’s commitment to highlighting the investment potential of the emirate. It will showcase promising real estate projects and various opportunities that Ajman offers to investors and those interested in the regional real estate sector.
Al-Muhairi also noted that the Ajman real estate market is an attractive destination for investment, thanks to its high competitiveness, flexible and encouraging legislation, along with advanced infrastructure and comprehensive governmental services. These factors facilitate business operations and support the growth of the real estate sector in the emirate.
The previous edition of the exhibition welcomed 4,082 visitors and concluded with 891 deals worth over 442 million dirhams. This success demonstrates the increasing confidence of investors and entrepreneurs in the property opportunities within the emirate.
Specialised Themes
Afra Al-Zaabi, Chairwoman of the exhibition’s organising committee, outlined that the agenda for the fourth edition includes specialised themes presented by a selection of real estate experts. These themes will cover the sustainability strategy of the real estate sector, the importance of incorporating technology in real estate projects, and the establishment of sustainable real estate portfolios, in addition to crisis management methodologies within the real estate sector. The first day of the exhibition will kick off with an inaugural session titled “Sustainable Strategy for Facility and Asset Management.” Al-Zaabi invited those interested to visit the exhibition, explore promising investment opportunities, and benefit from the discussion sessions and topics presented, as well as participate in the draws designated for attendees of the exhibition. “WAM”
