Brigadier Turki bin Faris, Director of the center, stated that operations were ongoing around the clock to ensure a swift response to all reports. Patrols and specialized teams were dispatched for immediate handling of incidents and water accumulation, focusing on minimizing damage caused by severe weather conditions. He added that the center serves as the beating heart of emergency management, featuring advanced systems to monitor field conditions in real-time.

Brigadier bin Faris explained that the center relies on advanced technologies that allow for real-time tracking of security patrol locations. This enables the closest unit to be directed to the report location as quickly and efficiently as possible. Continuous coordination with civil defense, ambulance services, and the Dubai Municipality enhances the police’s ability to manage weather-related emergencies smoothly.

Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Ahmed Al-Mandous, Acting Deputy Director of the center, emphasized that all calls reflect performance efficiency and quick response. The team, which includes both male and female members, works professionally around the clock to ensure the safety and security of the community.

Despite the challenges, staff at the Command and Control Center affirmed that they operate as one team, where each report represents a humanitarian responsibility requiring swift analysis and decision-making.
