Significance to the Broader Diriyah Project
Jabal AlQurain Avenue is an integral component of the larger Qurain Cultural District, where the foundation stone was laid in November 2024. This ambitious SR5.8 billion ($1.55 billion) project stands as a joint venture between Nesma and Partners Contracting Co. UJSC and MAN Enterprise Al-Saudia LLC. The cultural district will also boast three world-class hotels and branded residences, including the Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Address Diriyah, and Four Seasons Diriyah.
The addition of Jabal AlQurain Avenue to the broader Diriyah project, which spans an impressive 14 square kilometers and offers 566,000 square meters of retail space, symbolizes a crucial step in enhancing Saudi Arabia’s economic landscape. The entire project contributes approximately SR70 billion ($18.6 billion) to the nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and provides 180,000 job opportunities, making it a significant player in the Kingdom’s economic growth.
