This notable increase highlights a significant surge in commercial deals, which rose by an impressive 48.6% compared to the previous year. As investor confidence continues to grow, the Ajman real estate market stands out as a vibrant hub for property investment in the UAE.
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation recently announced that the Ajman real estate market recorded 536 property transactions during this quarter, indicating robust performance across various sectors. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of Real Estate Registration at the department, stated that the latest quarterly report reflects the sustained growth trajectory of the Ajman property sector and emphasizes the increasing volume of investments pouring into the region.
Al Shamsi explained that the emirate’s competitive edge, paired with a flexible investment strategy, continues to bolster momentum and instill greater confidence among investors in Ajman’s expanding market. This combination of factors has made it an appealing landscape for both local and international stakeholders.
