Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, representative of the ruler in the Al Dhafra region and chairman of the Emirates Falconers Club, this exhibition is the largest of its kind since its inception in 2003. The event will run for nine days, until September 7, bringing together visitors from both within the UAE and abroad, reflecting Abu Dhabi’s status as a leading global destination for promoting cultural and environmental heritage.

Unprecedented Participation Expansion

This year, the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition witnesses unprecedented participation, featuring over 2,068 companies and brands from 68 countries, with 11 countries participating for the first time. This growth, exceeding 21% compared to the previous edition, reflects the significant expansion of the exhibition and the increasing interest from both local and international companies. Additionally, the total area of the event has increased to 92,000 square meters, a 7% rise from last year.

Diverse Activities to Satisfy All Tastes

The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition includes 15 main sectors, following the addition of four new sectors focusing on camels, Arabian salukis, knives, and a market area. This diversity aims to provide visitors with a richer and more comprehensive experience, showcasing the latest products and equipment related to hunting, equestrianism, and outdoor adventures.

The current edition also features eight exclusive falcon auctions, with four held prior to the event and four more scheduled during the exhibition days. There is expected to be a high demand for acquiring the best breeds, with a record participation of 46 local and international falconry farms.

The Exhibition’s Importance to the Local Community

The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition is not limited to international participants but also offers ample opportunities for the local community, with the number of dedicated activities doubling to 21 diverse events, including educational and awareness programs as well as cultural activities targeting families, children, and youth. These initiatives strengthen the connection of new generations to the symbols of Emirati heritage.

Today, the exhibition serves as a comprehensive platform that brings together enthusiasts of hunting, equestrianism, camels, and falconry, providing a chance for direct interaction with leading global manufacturers and suppliers. Over the years, the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition has become a comprehensive international event, attracting over two million visitors from various nationalities, and continues to reinforce its status as the largest hunting and equestrian exhibition in the Middle East and Africa.

In addition to the live and entertaining shows, the exhibition offers visitors opportunities to win valuable prizes through daily raffles sponsored by exhibitors throughout the event. The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition remains a must-visit destination for lovers of equestrianism, arts, and heritage, promoting a rich culture and opening new horizons for related industries each year.
