The agreement was executed by His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Vice President of اتحاد غرف الإمارات and Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, alongside Vicente Soares, President of the Angola Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
