TECOM Group Unveils Phase 4 of Innovation Hub

TECOM Group has officially launched Phase 4 of the Innovation Hub, a significant initiative designed to meet the increasing demand for Grade-A office spaces from multinational corporations in Dubai. With a substantial investment of $167.5 million, this development underscores TECOM Group’s commitment to fostering a robust business environment within Dubai Internet City, making it an attractive destination for innovative companies.

A Groundbreaking Investment

Phase 4 represents an AED615 million ($167.5 million) venture, featuring a gross leasable area (GLA) of 263,000 square feet. This new phase builds on the overwhelming success of Phase 3, which reached full occupancy prior to its projected completion date set for 2027. As part of the broader vision for the Innovation Hub, TECOM Group aims to provide state-of-the-art facilities that cater to leading firms in various industries.

Continued Success of the Innovation Hub

The previous phases of the Innovation Hub have set a strong foundation for this latest endeavor. The second phase has already been completed and is fully leased to Fortune 500 companies and digital economy leaders. Meanwhile, Phase 1 laid the groundwork for the project and is home to renowned global technology firms like Google and Gartner. The launch of Innovation Hub Phase 4 boosts TECOM Group’s overall investment in this project to AED2 billion ($540 million), highlighting the Group’s ongoing commitment to enhancing Dubai’s business landscape.

Strategic Growth and Future Outlook

“The launch of Innovation Hub Phase 4 reflects TECOM Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting vital future-focused economic activity in the UAE and Dubai,” stated Abdulla Belhoul, Chief Executive Officer of TECOM Group. He emphasized that Dubai’s pro-business framework, alongside initiatives like the UAE’s Digital Economy Strategy and Dubai Economic Agenda ‘D33’, continues to attract innovative minds and investors. “This strategic development further enhances Dubai Internet City’s empowering role in the technology sector, positioning it to meet the evolving demands of the digital economy,” he added.

The Group plans to fund the development of Innovation Hub Phase 4 using existing resources, ensuring a balanced approach to leverage and liquidity. Following a strong financial performance in 2025, TECOM Group reported revenues exceeding AED2.1 billion ($570 million), marking a 20 percent increase year-on-year, with net profits surpassing AED1.1 billion ($300 million), up by 18 percent. This financial success provides a solid foundation for future growth and innovation as the Group looks to expand its portfolio in high-growth sectors.
