The “Noor Ali Rashid Award for Documentary Heritage” was awarded to Giles Clarke for his exhibition “A Decade of Documenting Human Crises,” which addressed humanitarian issues with sincerity. Dmitry Ermler was also honored with the “Saleh Al-Astani Award for Artistic Heritage” for his art exhibition “Post-Dusk Russia.” Additionally, Greg LeCour received the “Environment Award for Natural Heritage Conservation” for his exhibition “Vibrant Sea,” which embodies efforts made to protect natural heritage.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed visited the exhibition “Photography Narratives Along the Gulf Coasts,” which highlights 165 documentary and archival photographs from the collection of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi. This exhibition serves as a starting point for exploring the role of photography in understanding and interpreting history.
Many prominent figures attended the ceremony, including Khaled Al Huraimel, CEO of the “Bee’ah” group, and Idris Muhammad Al Rafei, CEO of the Investment Bank.
