His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, hosted His Excellency Lotfi Siddique, the special envoy of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, at his council in Abu Dhabi. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral communication between the friendly nations.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Nahyan warmly welcomed the guest, underscoring the profound strategic ties that bind the UAE and Bangladesh. These ties were established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace. Sheikh Zayed recognized the importance of building bridges of cooperation with South Asian countries, particularly Bangladesh, which shares deep humanitarian, cultural, and economic connections with the UAE.

Sheikh Nahyan emphasized that these robust relations, laid down by the founding leader, continue to flourish under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
