Project Specifications
Spanning an impressive 7.8 million square feet in the Al Rahmaniya area, Sharjah Sustainable City II will feature 1,032 homes comprised of 944 three- and four-bedroom townhouses along with 88 five-bedroom villas. Each residence will be equipped with smart technology, including solar panels and energy-efficient appliances, aimed at significantly reducing utility costs and the overall environmental footprint.

A key element of the master plan is the innovative 2-kilometer green spine, which promotes walking, cycling, and other forms of low-impact transportation. This development will be offered on a freehold basis to buyers of all nationalities, complemented by flexible payment plans.
