As part of the final preparations, the organizing committee for the Sharjah Sports Summer program in Mleiha held regular meetings to confirm the readiness of “Our Unique Vacation 2026.” The meetings were chaired by Mohammed Awad Al-Ketbi, a board member and the head of the organizing committee, and attended by Abdul Rahman Mahir Al-Ketbi, a board member and head of the Media and Corporate Communication Committee, as well as Mansour Rashid Al-Ketbi, the executive director of the club and the general supervisor of the summer activities. Members of various teams also attended the meeting, reflecting good coordination among all stakeholders.

During the meeting, the organizational structure for the “Our Unique Vacation 2026” summer program was approved. Working committees were formed, and their responsibilities were defined to facilitate cooperation among the different teams.
