With over 105 targeted cases already serviced, “لنصلهم” stands out as a critical program dedicated to ensuring these individuals receive the care and attention they deserve.
Prioritizing Medical Needs
Engineer Ahmed Salem Al Bas, Deputy Director of the Electricity Distribution Department at the Electricity and Water Authority of Sharjah, highlighted that the initiative “لنصلهم” is a responsive answer to the urgent needs of a community segment requiring specialized care. This commitment underlines the necessity of prioritizing health safety for these individuals. Registered medical cases are given precedence during repair operations and power restoration, as well as the provision of temporary generators or backup power units for critical cases during emergency maintenance periods.
Creating a Support Network
The “لنصلهم” initiative also aims to establish a precise database and a comprehensive logistical support network to reach beneficiaries swiftly. This includes marking their homes and electricity boxes with distinctive signs and creating a specialized database. Such measures are designed to facilitate the provision of electricity services efficiently and effectively. As a result, this initiative ensures exceptional support and guarantees uninterrupted power supply for patients whose lives depend on home medical devices during scheduled outages or unforeseen emergencies.
