In an exciting development for the luxury hospitality sector, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to make its debut in Dubai with a landmark ultra-luxury hotel and residences slated to open by 2029. This ambitious project will encompass a 195-key hotel and the inaugural Rosewood-branded residences in Dubai, marking a significant expansion for the brand in the Middle East.
The project is a collaborative effort with H&H, a prominent UAE-based developer under the ownership of Bright Start, a renowned real estate investment firm known for its curated luxury portfolio.
Rosewood’s Debut in Dubai
Located within the Peninsula Dubai, an emerging destination in one of the city’s most prestigious waterfront areas, this 640,104-square-foot project (9.95 hectares) will unify contemporary architecture with curated lifestyle experiences, embodying Rosewood’s guiding philosophy of A Sense of Place.

Rosewood Dubai aims to evolve into a cultural and social epicenter, providing both guests and residents with a range of distinctive experiences. The hotel will boast a private beach and beach club, a wellness center, engaging art and music events, and four exquisite dining establishments.
Additionally, the property will feature eight private garden villas and a specially designed Explorers Club for younger guests, further enhancing the luxurious experience.
Beyond its hospitality endeavors, the project will introduce a high-end residential estate featuring a tower with 63 residences and five exclusive beachfront villas. These residences will benefit from premium amenities, including a spa and movement studio, a private cinema, library, lounge, padel court, and round-the-clock concierge service.
