RAK real estate is witnessing significant momentum as Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), a key player in the sector, announces the successful completion of Phase 1 of Danah Bay on Al Marjan Island. This mixed-use beachfront development encompasses a variety of residential options, all designed to meet the diverse needs of residents while enhancing the allure of the Ras Al Khaimah region.
Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has begun the delivery of Phase 1 of Danah Bay, its mixed-use beachfront development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The company has completed all landside villas and is making substantial progress on the breakwater villas and the apartment tower.
The developer has finished construction on 171 landside villas, which are now ready for handover.
This total includes 143 townhouses along with 3- and 4-bedroom villas, with all phases involving internal and external works, service installations, and infrastructure now fully complete.
Danah Bay Phase 1 Delivery Begins
Alongside this progress, an additional 28 landside villas, outfitted with 4- and 5-bedroom configurations, have achieved 100 percent completion. Construction and landscaping works for these residences are now finalized.
Work continues on the Breakwater Villas, which boast picturesque sea-facing locations. The Villas Side cluster, consisting of 8 villas, has reached 91 percent completion, with structural works completed and internal finishes and external envelopes nearing readiness.
Meanwhile, the Hotel Side cluster of 10 villas stands at 69 percent completion as internal works, building services, and finishing tasks advance steadily.
Simultaneously, construction on the Danah Bay Residential Tower is underway. This impressive 143-apartment structure spans 19 floors and continues to take shape following the completion of site mobilization and enabling works. Foundation and substructure works are currently at 75 percent completion, with vertical construction visible in the community’s skyline.
The development’s external infrastructure, which includes landscaped spaces, walkways, and community areas, is progressing concurrently with the residential components, contributing to the vibrant beachfront lifestyle that Danah Bay offers.
The project follows a phased delivery schedule and promises a wealth of amenities, including private beach access, a scenic boardwalk, retail and dining outlets, and hospitality facilities, all seamlessly integrated into a beautiful coastal setting.
