OSUS Real Estate Development Company has made a significant announcement by investing $534 million in its ambitious OSUS EYE mixed-use development project in Riyadh. Strategically located at the intersection of Takhassusi Road and Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Road in northern Riyadh, the OSUS EYE development will cover a vast gross floor area exceeding 180,000 square metres. This mixed-use destination is designed to cater to diverse urban needs and aspirations.

The OSUS EYE project promises a vibrant mix of residential units, a Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and a branded residences tower under the Curio Collection by Hilton. This innovative development is expected to include ample office spaces and retail facilities, catering to both residents and visitors alike.
According to the company, OSUS EYE represents “the concept of a 10-minute city aligned with the ambitions of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.” The residential component features 627 units, comprising modern apartments and townhouses spread over an area of 82,370 square metres, highlighting striking contemporary architectural designs.
The commercial offerings within the OSUS EYE project will span 46,854 square metres, providing essential office spaces and retail areas. Additionally, extensive parking facilities will encompass 155,400 square metres, accommodating visitors and residents efficiently.
Green spaces are an integral part of the project, with 62,893 square metres designated for parks, along with various dining venues, cafes, and pathways for pedestrians and cyclists. These amenities aim to enhance the quality of life for all, promoting outdoor activities and community engagement.
