In a move aimed at enhancing the regulation of public parking, Parkin has announced a new tariff for public parking in the Dubai Outsource City and Dubai Studio City areas. This change includes setting fees for various hours and monthly subscriptions, making it easier for employees and visitors to use the facilities more effectively.

Initially, the fees are set at 2 AED for every half hour of use, with costs reaching 4 AED for one hour, 8 AED for two hours, 12 AED for three hours, and 16 AED for four hours. For those wishing to use the parking for longer periods, the tariff is 20 AED for five hours, 24 AED for six hours, 28 AED for seven hours, while the cost rises to 36 AED for a full 24 hours.
Monthly Subscription Options
On another note, Parkin has introduced a range of monthly subscription options for public parking to enhance the long-term user experience. These options include a monthly subscription priced at 315 AED, a three-month subscription at 840 AED, a six-month subscription for 1680 AED, and an annual subscription at 2940 AED. These options aim to provide greater flexibility for users and ensure easy parking availability in both Dubai Outsource City and Dubai Studio City.
Parkin indicated that the new parking areas have been designated under the code T, and clear signage has been installed on-site to facilitate access to accurate information regarding the tariff and included areas.
