In a move aimed at improving public parking management in Dubai, Parkin has announced a new parking tariff for the Al Wasl Village area. This decision is part of the company’s efforts to ensure organized traffic flow and provide more options for users. The newly established tariff aims to enhance the efficiency of parking usage in a bustling area that experiences significant activity.
Details of the New Tariff
Parkin clarified that the new tariff will be applied throughout the week and all day long, with prices starting at 2 dirhams for half an hour, 4 dirhams for one hour, and 8 dirhams for two hours. Additionally, 12 dirhams have been set for three hours and 16 dirhams for four hours. These prices have been designed to offer flexible options that cater to all users based on their needs.
Notifications and Guidelines
To ensure users understand the new tariff, Parkin has installed clear signage at the parking locations. These signs include information about the parking areas covered by the tariff and the tariff code, which is (248W). The goal of these notifications is to minimize any confusion drivers may face when using public parking in Al Wasl Village.
Subscription Options
In addition to the new tariff, Parkin offers various subscription options that provide greater flexibility in usage. These options include a three-month subscription priced at 600 dirhams, a six-month subscription for 1800 dirhams, and an annual subscription available for 3600 dirhams. The professional attributes of these options help ensure the continuous availability of parking in this high-density area.
