His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said that on the occasion of Pact of the Union, the founding fathers agreed on the idea of the Union and on the Constitution of the Union.
He added that the day is one on which the nation renews its pledge to safeguard this Union, strengthens its determination to consolidate this building, and reaffirms its solidarity to protect its gains and build the future of the Union’s generations.
Renewing the pledge to the Union
In a post on his official account on the platform X, His Highness wrote: “Pact of the Union.. the day on which the founding fathers agreed on the idea of the Union.. and the Constitution of the Union.. the day on which we renew our pledges to the الوطن to safeguard this Union.. and renew our determination to consolidate this building.. and renew our solidarity to protect our gains … and build the future of the generations of the Union.”
