Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment Begins Allocation of Largest Batch of Ready Homes for Citizens in “Wadi Al-Amradi” and “Al-Awir”

In a move that reflects the Dubai government’s commitment to improving the living conditions of its citizens, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment has announced the allocation of the largest batch of ready homes for citizens in the “Wadi Al-Amradi” and “Al-Awir” projects. This initiative coincides with the Family Year 2026 and includes the allocation of 830 homes with a total value of up to 1.6 billion dirhams, along with additional support for furnishing the homes for beneficiaries.

Advanced Allocation Mechanism

Mohammed Hassan Al-Shahhi, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, revealed that the allocation process relies on the latest technologies to ensure transparency and efficiency. Al-Shahhi stated, “The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment employs the latest smart technologies in the allocation mechanism to ensure the highest standards of governance, efficiency, and effectiveness, providing comfort to clients and facilitating the process for them.”

Beneficiaries will be able to use the “Dubai Now” mobile application through the digital reservation system. The establishment will also communicate with beneficiaries through a call center team, inviting them to visit the housing allocation centers in the Wadi Al-Amradi and Al-Awir projects, available from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Largest Batch of Ready Homes

Al-Shahhi emphasized that this initiative is the largest of its kind since the establishment of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, as it includes 830 homes designed to meet the needs of citizens. With an estimated cost of 1.6 billion dirhams, these homes feature modern designs that ensure privacy and provide advanced infrastructure and modern road networks.

Each project reflects the wise leadership’s commitment to achieving living stability, as the Dubai government prioritizes the idea of providing suitable housing and enhancing the quality of life for families.

Details of the Al-Awir Project

The Al-Awir project comprises 398 housing units, with a budget allocated of over 734 million dirhams. Each housing unit spans an area of 4,000 square feet, while the total area reaches 4,500 square feet. The units are notably spacious, each featuring 4 bedrooms, a majlis, a living room, in addition to a modern kitchen and service facilities.

Features of the Wadi Al-Amradi Project

Additionally, the Wadi Al-Amradi project includes 432 housing units with an approved budget of over 767 million dirhams. Each unit is designed to be 4,000 square feet in size, with a total area reaching 4,500 square feet. Outdoor spaces have also been allocated for future expansions based on residents’ needs, reflecting the establishment’s vision to create a sustainable living environment that meets the highest standards of quality of life.
