MAIR Group, an investment company specializing in grocery retail and commercial real estate in the UAE, has officially partnered with Al Jazira Sports Club to develop an expansive 80,000 square meters of land neighboring the Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Stadium, the club’s primary venue in Abu Dhabi.
Established in 1974, Al Jazira Sports Club is recognized as one of the largest and most successful sports organizations in the UAE, having claimed the title of UAE Pro League champion three times. The significance of this collaboration is underscored in a recent statement released by the company.
As outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), ‘Makani Real Estate’, the real estate division of MAIR Group, will undertake the long-term development of the space to create a comprehensive commercial center. This center will include a variety of entertainment options and personal and healthcare services, with a strong emphasis on promoting a healthy lifestyle.
