UAE Property Investments Attract Growing Interest from Buyers

Recent trends in UAE real estate reveal that a significant majority of potential buyers are gearing up to make property investments in the coming months. A survey conducted by Property Finder indicates that 72% of respondents are planning to purchase real estate within the next six months, showcasing robust intent despite fluctuating market opinions. This strong buyer sentiment is a vital indicator of the resilience and ongoing attractiveness of the UAE’s property sector.

Almost three-quarters of UAE property investors are poised to buy real estate in the next six months, according to findings from the latest Property Finder survey.

The real estate portal has presented its PF Market Pulse insights for July and August 2025, highlighting that buyer intent in the UAE remains solid even amidst changing perceptions regarding price trends.

The survey results show that nearly 70% of respondents expressed their intent to buy a property in July, which increased to a notable 72% in August. This consistent interest indicates a strong inclination among potential buyers looking to invest in UAE real estate.

UAE Real Estate Investors and Market Dynamics

The unwavering buyer intent reflects sustained demand in the UAE real estate market, even as expectations about property prices evolve.

The survey revealed shifting opinions among buyers regarding price trajectories:

  • Those expecting price declines: 38% in August, down from 40% in July.
  • Those anticipating price increases: 32%, remaining unchanged.
  • Those who believe prices will stabilize: 30% in August, up from 28% in July.

Despite these shifting sentiments, the intent to purchase property remains resilient, showcasing the market’s steady momentum.

Cherif Sleiman, Chief Revenue Officer at Property Finder, remarked: “The findings from PF Market Pulse for July and August reflect the strength of the UAE real estate market. This is further validated by the $525 million stake in Property Finder acquired by Permira and Blackstone, as well as General Atlantic’s ongoing investment.”

“Even as consumers modify their views on price trends, their determination to buy remains adamant,” Sleiman continued. He emphasized that the alignment between consumer demand and investor conviction underscores why the UAE’s property sector is evolving into one of the most dynamic markets globally.

With such a high percentage of buyers planning to venture into the UAE real estate market in the next six months, the outlook appears promising. This strong intent signals robust confidence in the market’s future, making it an alluring destination for both new and seasoned property investors.
