The range of opportunities includes a flight attendant training programme, aircraft maintenance engineering training, graduate programmes for nationals, and pilot training programmes for both primary and co-pilot positions. Strategic Expansion and Future Plans
This strategic direction aligns with FlyDubai’s ambitious expansion plans. Currently, the airline boasts a network of over 120 destinations across 58 countries, supported by a modern fleet of 97 Boeing 737 aircraft and a workforce of approximately 7,000 employees, including 2,000 pilots and engineers.
As it prepares for a new phase of growth, FlyDubai has signed orders for 30 Boeing Dreamliners, 150 Airbus A320neos, and 75 Boeing 737 Max aircraft, scheduled for delivery over the next decade. This expansion will not only diversify its fleet but also strengthen its long-term strategy and create even more job opportunities in the future.
