In a notable development in Saudi real estate, Diriyah Company has introduced the Faena Residences Wadi Safar, a striking residential project featuring 20 art-inspired ultra-luxury villas. This venture showcases a unique blend of artistic vision and high-end living, emphasizing Diriyah’s commitment to cultural and lifestyle enhancements in its master-planned communities.
Located in the picturesque Wadi Safar, the Faena Residences represent the brand’s inaugural entry into the Saudi market, further solidifying Diriyah’s impressive portfolio of upscale developments. This project is integrated into a larger master plan that includes top-tier hotels, luxurious residences, an acclaimed championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, and the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club.

The 20 villas at Faena Residences Wadi Safar include 12 four-bedroom options, six five-bedroom configurations, and two six-bedroom estates, all situated next to the 130-room experiential Faena Wadi Safar Hotel.
