In an exciting move within the Dubai real estate market, BEYOND Developments has launched PASSO, a stunning waterfront project on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. This marks a significant milestone for the company as it ventures beyond its previous developments in Dubai Maritime City (DMC). The launch event captivated audiences with an impressive 4,000-drone light show, showcasing the innovative spirit and luxurious vision of the new development.
BEYOND Developments officially unveiled PASSO during a spectacular event held on Palm Jumeirah, highlighted by a breathtaking 13-minute drone performance involving over 4,000 drones.
This launch showcased Dubai’s first use of “screens in the sky” technology, seamlessly blending visual effects with a live stage performance, which the event organizers described as a harmonious interaction between sky and stage.
BEYOND Launches Luxury Palm Jumeirah Development
PASSO consists of two iconic towers, named Avita and Bella, which will house a total of 625 residences. The development offers a diverse range of living options, including one-bedroom apartments, two-to-four-bedroom units, lavish five-bedroom penthouses, and exclusive six-bedroom beachfront mansions.

The completion of the development is anticipated in Q3 2029. Its architecture is inspired by coastal contours and marine forms, integrating biophilic design and wellness principles.
PASSO includes three distinct residence collections. The Wellness collection offers private plunge pools and gardens that are seamlessly connected to the landscape and the beach.
The Elite collection consists of a limited number of units strategically positioned to provide stunning views across the development. Meanwhile, the Signature collection features five luxurious penthouses and six magnificent beachfront mansions.
Among the many offerings, PASSO will also feature a central Piazza with a sculpted canopy at the entrance, highlighted by two glass boxes at the main drop-off area. Additionally, a Wellness pavilion spanning 260 square meters is set to include state-of-the-art fitness facilities, outdoor yoga decks, and relaxing pools. A Montessori-inspired children’s pavilion will provide both indoor and outdoor activities, enriching the living experience.
The central landscape of PASSO boasts lush greenery and inviting pools, leading to an expansive 250 meters of private beach. Each tower is set to be outfitted with additional amenities, including a wellness spa with a pool deck, social spaces with private cinemas, and rooftop areas featuring 360-degree infinity pools and sky gardens.
