Agreement Between Emirates Airline and Dubai Investments Park for Housing Project
In a new step reflecting its commitment to the well-being of its employees, Emirates Airline has signed an agreement with Dubai Investments Park to create a comprehensive housing project for its cabin crew, aimed at improving the quality of life for the company’s workforce. The project includes the development of a mixed-use residential community that can accommodate 12,000 individuals, highlighting its significance and considerable impact on the lives of these crew members.
Details of the New Project
The agreement was signed by Ali Mubarak Al Suri, Chief Executive Officer of Procurement and Facilities at Emirates Airline, and Khaled Bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments. The signing took place in the presence of several leaders from both parties, underscoring the importance of collaboration between the two organizations. Construction of the housing complex for cabin crew is set to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with the first phase expected to be completed by 2029.
Design and Features of the Complex
The complex will consist of 20 residential buildings, each 19 stories tall, featuring residential units with one, two, and three bedrooms. These units have been meticulously designed to meet the needs of the crew and enhance their comfort. In a statement, Ali Mubarak Al Suri said, “This investment is part of our commitment to support the well-being of our employees, providing them with a comfortable living environment that supports their lifestyles.”

This project is part of Emirates Airline’s strategy to transition to Al Maktoum International Airport, enhancing its future operational plans.
