Recently, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) unveiled “The Residences,” marking the first residential project under the initial phase known as “Phase A” of the Zabeel District. As the inaugural residential development within the Zabeel District, “The Residences” presents an extraordinary chance to live centrally in the expanding DIFC area.
