Dubai Event Security Committee Completes Preparations for Eid al-Adha

The Dubai Event Security Committee is dedicated to ensuring safe and organized celebrations for Eid al-Adha, having completed all preparations for this joyous occasion. Comprehensive Security Plan

The Dubai Event Security Committee has finalized its security and traffic plan for Eid al-Adha, covering preparations for mosques and major prayer areas, as well as main roads and tourist and commercial zones. In a meeting held at Al Qusais Police Station, Major General Saif Mahir Al Mazrouei, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations and Head of the Committee, stated that all relevant authorities are prepared to implement this plan in collaboration with strategic partners. He highlighted the significance of enhancing security levels and facilitating traffic flow during the holiday.

Calls for Safety Compliance

As part of the Dubai Event Security Committee’s efforts to ensure a safe holiday, the public has been urged to adhere to speed limits on the roads and avoid reckless driving. It was emphasized that maintaining safety is a top priority and that everyone should act responsibly. Al Mazrouei stressed the importance of monitoring children while at beaches and pools, and that users of watercraft and off-road vehicles should exercise caution while driving.

The Dubai Event Security Committee is also organizing a variety of sports and cultural activities during Eid al-Adha, including sports tournaments, awareness lectures, and entertainment segments in labor housing areas such as Jebel Ali, Al Satwa, and Al Quoz.
