Situated on the first floor of voco Dubai The Palm, the restaurant boasts the capacity to host 244 guests, featuring a main dining area, VIP lounge, relaxed lounge seating, and inviting outdoor spaces. At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Richie Richards brings with him over 20 years of global culinary experience, including a celebrated tenure at the popular Dubai eatery Miss Lily’s. SAONA’s menu is set to showcase innovative interpretations of traditional Caribbean dishes through modern Peruvian techniques, creating a unique blend of flavours.
