Dubai South announced in a press release that the project is expected to be completed and the units delivered to tenants by the first quarter of 2026. The facilities are strategically located within the cargo area, close to vital infrastructure such as Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. These locations ensure direct connectivity to the country’s main road network, significantly facilitating logistics operations.
Design Flexibility and Space Customization
The multi-user facilities offer flexible, combinable spaces with direct access from ground level. They feature a sustainable design that aligns with diverse business needs.
