Starting Monday, October 6, this iconic Italian eatery invites guests to make reservations and experience its celebrated culinary offerings. Originally debuting in the U.S. over a decade ago, CARBONE has emerged as one of America’s most lauded dining establishments.

Reservations are now available for the opening date, allowing food enthusiasts to secure their spot and be among the first to savor the authentic flavors that embody the essence of CARBONE. Drawing inspiration from the esteemed Italian-American dining rooms of 1950s New York, this restaurant merges classic charm with top-tier ingredients. Anticipation is high for the CARBONE experience in Dubai, mirroring its New York counterpart.

The Dubai Version of CARBONE

The Dubai iteration of CARBONE promises to impress from the very beginning, and early details are already generating excitement. A standout feature of this location will be an awe-inspiring jellyfish tank, one of the largest in the world, which will serve as a dramatic centerpiece for the dining room. The interior will be adorned with elegant chandeliers, a curated collection of art, plush jewel-toned seating arrangements, leather banquettes, and damask-covered walls enhanced by Venetian glass mirrors. Guests will also find a stylish, elongated bar, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

During the cooler months, diners will relish the option to enjoy meals on the terrace, complete with views of the captivating Skyblaze Fountain Show. CARBONE Dubai will also feature a semi-private dining space catering to up to 40 guests, along with a meticulously curated wine collection boasting 450 labels that include rare, vintage, and contemporary selections exclusive to Dubai.

Opening Times: The restaurant will welcome guests daily from 6 PM to 11:30 PM, while the bar will operate from 6 PM to 2 AM Thursday to Saturday and 6 PM to 1 AM Sunday to Wednesday.
