What we know so far: The legendary New York Italian restaurant, CARBONE, is set to arrive in Dubai, bringing its classic dishes such as veal parmesan and linguine vongole. With a reputation for excellence and a celebrity following, diners can expect an unforgettable experience marked by tuxedo-clad waiters and a nostalgic New York ambiance.

The grand opening of CARBONE is anticipated in early 2025, although an exact date has yet to be confirmed.
