The restaurant serves an omakase-style menu, providing diners with a front-row view of the artistry involved in creating dishes that marry Japanese techniques with Middle Eastern ingredients. Diners can savor cured slices of hamachi adorned with a vibrant Syrian sumac sauce and preserved lemon.
