The General Authority for Pensions and Social Security, in collaboration with “Zood,” the national initiative for sustainability and financial well-being, has announced the launch of “Khatwa Tawazon,” a new financial consultation programme aimed at supporting retirees and insured individuals. This initiative is part of the fourth cycle of transformational projects by federal government entities, aligning with national priorities to enhance the UAE’s readiness for the future and reinforce its global competitiveness. The programme also reflects the objectives of the “We Are the Emirates 2031” vision, which seeks to build a more prosperous community by improving the quality of life for citizens.
Free Financial Consultations for Retirees
“Khatwa Tawazon” offers registered retirees and insured individuals the opportunity to engage in individual financial consultation sessions with qualified financial advisors. This will support their long-term financial stability.
Empowering Financial Planning
Firas Al-Rumahi, Director General of the authority, expressed, “We are committed to empowering citizens to plan early for their financial and retirement futures, as we believe that financial stability is a core element in enhancing the quality of life for individuals and their families. Our partnership with ‘Zood’ embodies this approach by transforming financial awareness into practical support that enables insured individuals and retirees to manage their financial affairs and make more informed and sustainable decisions.”
Commitment to Flexibility and Well-Being

Structured and Confidential Guidance
Participants in the programme will receive between four to six free financial consultation sessions over several months, tailored to meet their individual needs. They will also gain access to a specialised digital platform, enabling them to track their progress and utilise educational resources to implement their financial plans. All sessions will adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy, ensuring participants can discuss their financial situations confidently in a safe and trustworthy environment.
A Commitment to Financial Awareness
