Dubai real estate giant Binghatti has unveiled its newest development, the $544 million Binghatti Skyblade, at a glamorous gala in Istanbul, Turkey. This monumental project signifies Binghatti’s ongoing commitment to expanding its presence in the luxury real estate market, both in the UAE and internationally.
Binghatti launched the AED 2 billion Dubai development, Binghatti Skyblade, at an exclusive dinner held at the Rixos Tersane Istanbul, which offered stunning views of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus Sea.
The event follows earlier successful launches of the company’s projects beneath the Pyramids of Giza and along Egypt’s North Coast in El-Alamein. More than 2,000 attendees graced the Istanbul gala, including investors, business leaders, dignitaries, and prominent cultural figures.
Dubai Developer Binghatti Expands to Turkey with AED 2bn Skyblade Project
The evening was hosted by Hollywood actor Terry Crews and featured a live orchestra that heightened the celebratory atmosphere. The highlight of the night was the introduction of Binghatti Skyblade, strategically located on Burj Khalifa Boulevard in the vibrant Downtown Dubai.
The ambitious Skyblade development will consist of 621 residences, showcasing an array of living options including Royal Suites, studios equipped with private jacuzzis, and spacious two- and three-bedroom Royal units featuring private pools. Topping off the architectural marvel will be an Infinity Sky Pool, providing panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the stunning Downtown Dubai skyline.
Following the launch, Binghatti announced a five-day sales showcase scheduled from September 7 to 11 at Swissotel The Bosphorus. This event will offer consultations and investment guidance for potential buyers, further highlighting the appeal of the Binghatti Skyblade project.
