Aldar Properties’ profits in the second quarter of this year increased by 25%, reaching 2.2 billion dirhams (600 million dollars). Additionally, rental revenues and income saw a notable increase, reaching 7.7 billion dirhams, a 46% rise compared to the previous year.

Fadh Beach Terraces is not the first project launched by Aldar on this stunning island. It was preceded by projects such as Fadh Residences and The Beach House, reflecting the company’s interest in providing diverse housing options in a rich cultural environment.
