The humanitarian initiative, known as the “Ahmed bin Rashid Humanitarian Bridge,” continues to make significant strides in delivering aid to the people of Gaza. Today, the sixth aircraft departed, bringing the total amount of humanitarian and relief materials transported via this air bridge to an impressive 450 tonnes. This effort is part of the ongoing “Brave Knight 3” operation, aimed at alleviating the humanitarian suffering of our Palestinian brothers and sisters in the region.
Expansion of Humanitarian Efforts
As the airlifts progress, preparations have also begun for the loading of the “Ahmed bin Rashid Humanitarian Ship” with relief supplies. This development signifies an expansion of the humanitarian bridge to include maritime transport, showcasing the integrated approach of air and sea efforts to ensure the continuous flow of aid into Gaza.
Commitment to Humanitarian Values
This humanitarian action is consistent with the values embraced by the United Arab Emirates under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE. It reflects the nation’s commitment to standing by the Palestinian people and utilising its logistical capabilities to reduce their suffering amidst challenging humanitarian conditions.
Efficient Relief Distribution
The “Brave Knight 3” operation focuses on an integrated logistical system that begins with the reception of UAE aid in the city of Al Arish, Egypt. This is followed by the establishment of a land bridge to transport the aid directly into Gaza, ensuring its swift distribution to those in need and affected families. This approach aims to enhance humanitarian response speed while guaranteeing that assistance reaches the rightful beneficiaries.
