This AI system, officially registered under the Intellectual Property classification of the Dubai Police, represents a paradigm shift in human resource management and operational processes. By leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities, the system effectively analyses operational needs and aligns them with required skills and specialisations. It also proposes optimal human resource distribution, enhancing readiness, improving performance efficiency, and supporting decision-making based on data-driven insights.

The launch event was attended by the Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administration, Major General Dr. Saleh Abdullah Murad, and the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Digital Government, Mattar Saeed Hamiri, along with several senior officers and officials. This collaboration underscores the joint efforts between Dubai Digital and the Dubai Police in developing solutions tailored to the actual needs of government operations, utilising data and advanced technologies to redesign workflows and improve their efficiency.
