Experiences of the New Generation and Their Vision for the Future
Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Chairman of the National Fund, referred to the results of a study conducted by a Dutch researcher regarding the choices of university youth. He emphasized that most Emirati students see their ultimate goal in education as serving the nation and contributing to its development journey. These results reflect the youth’s awareness of their national role and embody the values instilled by the late founding father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
International Bridges Program: A Platform for Skill Enhancement
An open meeting was held for the graduates of the fourth cohort of the “International Bridges Program,” organized by the National Fund in collaboration with local and international institutions, where 25 students participated. The program focuses on intensive training in industrial technology in Germany, allowing them to engage with the latest technologies and gain practical training. Yasser Al Qargawi, Director General of the National Fund, highlighted the program’s importance in empowering youth to enter the job market and develop their skills.

Sarah Abdullah Al Katheeri stated that the “International Bridges Program” was a turning point in her career, providing her with the opportunity to gain valuable experiences. Meanwhile, Salem Mohammed Al Ketbi noted the technical benefits he gained during the training, which included acquiring maintenance skills and quality standards in a multicultural international environment.

Bishayer Al Hammadi emphasized the importance of the experiences she gained in design and implementation, confirming that working within multicultural teams significantly enhanced her skills.
