In an effort to enhance its capabilities and meet future societal needs, the Dubai Community Development Authority (CDA) is participating in the “UAE Jobs Vision 2026” initiative. This involvement is part of the Human Resources Authority platform for the Dubai Government, aimed at attracting national talents in specialisations that bolster the organisation’s future requirements and support the objectives of the “Dubai Social Agenda 2033.”
Career Opportunities Offered
As part of its participation, the CDA is offering 26 job opportunities, which include 14 executive and specialist roles, alongside 12 supervisory and leadership positions. These vacancies span a variety of fields including social work, care and rehabilitation, social data and statistics, digital transformation and information security, as well as legal affairs and community responsibility.
Investing in National Talent
Hessa bint Isa Bouhamid, the Director General of the CDA in Dubai, stated, “Investing in national talents is a fundamental pillar for building the necessary capabilities within the social work system in Dubai for the upcoming phase. We are committed to attracting and empowering local talents capable of contributing to the development of the social work system and responding to community shifts and needs, which supports the goals of the ‘Dubai Social Agenda 2033’ and enhances quality of life in Dubai.”
Direct Engagement with Job Seekers
The CDA’s participation allows Emirati job seekers to learn more about the available career paths and engage directly with its teams. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity for immediate preliminary interviews for several of the positions advertised.
Focus on Relevant Specialisations
Saeed Al-Tayer, the Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector at the CDA, remarked, “This year, we are focusing on attracting specialisations and skills that align with the current and future needs of the authority, connecting national talents with opportunities that empower them to effectively contribute to the development of social work and create a sustainable impact in the community.”
He further explained that the CDA aims to showcase approved job opportunities, facilitate initial screening, and conduct interviews for qualified candidates, while also building a base of national talents in priority specialisations to support the authority’s future needs.
