The Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme, in collaboration with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, recently celebrated the graduation of 116 participants from its “Government Excellence System Evaluator” programme. This initiative is designed to enhance the capabilities of Emirati professionals in assessing institutional performance and to foster a culture of excellence throughout governmental operations.
The graduation ceremony took place at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and was attended by a number of dignitaries, including Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence and Director-General of the Office of the UAE Prime Minister, alongside various officials, academics, and representatives from government entities.
During his address, Al Olama emphasised that investing in national competencies is a cornerstone in fulfilling the directives of the wise leadership in building the government of the future. He highlighted the significance of empowering Emirati personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance institutional performance and translate government excellence standards into practical, sustainable impacts.
