In a recent revelation, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, announced that the UAE has topped the global rankings in customer satisfaction concerning government digital services, according to a survey conducted by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Sheikh Mohammed expressed pride in the achievement, stating, “Contrary to global trends, over 75% believe that the services provided by the UAE government outshine those offered by the private sector. We are proud of our teams, our journey in facilitating people’s lives, and our nation that continuously provides the best for its citizens, visitors, and residents.”
Announcing Major Changes
Looking forward, Sheikh Mohammed hinted at significant improvements on the horizon, revealing that the UAE government will announce the most substantial transformation in its service delivery models during a grand event scheduled for November. “Our future looks brighter, God willing. We are announcing to everyone that in the upcoming month of November, the UAE government will unveil the largest change in the form and manner of how we provide services to the public,” he added.
