In a remarkable display of growth, Sharjah-based real estate developer Arada has reported a staggering increase in sales, tripling to more than $4.63 billion in 2025. This surge in Arada’s sales can be attributed to booming demand for real estate in the UAE, particularly within its master-planned communities and luxury developments in both Dubai and Sharjah.
During the year, the company sold a total of 5,140 homes, more than double the 2,171 units sold in 2024, resulting in an impressive year-on-year (YoY) sales growth of 199 percent in the UAE. Overall, Arada’s sales for the year reached AED17.3 billion, equivalent to $4.71 billion, driven by consistent interest from buyers in both existing and newly launched projects.
Arada’s group revenue experienced a significant boost, climbing by 170 percent to AED6.7 billion, or $1.82 billion, in 2025. Additionally, earnings before interest, depreciation, and amortization soared by 174 percent to AED1.6 billion, around $435.67 million. The company attributes this robust performance to its continued expansion across various sectors, including hospitality, food and beverage, industry, entertainment, fitness, and wellness.
Throughout the year, Arada introduced several high-profile initiatives, such as Akala in Dubai, heralded as the world’s first precision wellness destination, along with the Masaar 2 and Masaar 3 forested communities in Sharjah. These developments quickly became some of the fastest-selling projects in the UAE for 2025.
UAE Developer Expands Global Footprint
On the international stage, Arada broadened its operations with a notable investment of AED2.5 billion, or $680.74 million, acquiring a 75 percent stake in British developer Regal, now known as Arada London. In addition, the company secured an 80 percent interest in the Thameside West mixed-use development in London.
Arada also submitted its inaugural planning applications for projects in Sydney in 2025, marking its entry into the Australian market the previous year.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada, stated: “Since launching Arada, our goal has been to build spaces that people connect with for healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives.” He further noted, “Our phenomenal performance in 2025 demonstrates that buyers share our vision and appreciate our track record of delivery, and we look forward to creating more projects that unleash people’s full potential over the coming years.”
Arada’s Group CEO, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, echoed this sentiment by emphasizing the extraordinary sales results of 2025: “We achieved extraordinary sales results in 2025, exceeding our AED15 billion ($4.1 billion) target by more than 15 percent. In 2026, we will continue to build on this success with the launch of new projects in all our existing markets, the handover of our first homes in Dubai, the full completion of the first Masaar master plan, and the ongoing expansion of Arada’s international footprint.”
Strong Performance in a Thriving UAE Property Market
In a year marked by robust property sales, Arada awarded AED12.7 billion ($3.5 billion) in construction contracts during 2025. These contracts included significant agreements related to Madar Mall in Aljada, the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, and the Anantara Sharjah Resort and Residences.
This impressive performance takes place amidst a vibrant UAE property market. According to figures from the Dubai Land Department, property sales in Dubai soared by 29 percent YoY, surpassing AED680 billion ($185.2 billion) in 2025. Meanwhile, data from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department indicated a 64 percent increase in transaction values, totaling AED65.6 billion ($17.7 billion).
Since its inception in 2017, Arada has launched 11 projects within the UAE and successfully delivered over 10,000 homes. The company also maintains a robust pipeline of projects valued at AED130 billion ($35.40 billion) across the UAE, UK, and Australia, representing approximately 55,000 residential units globally.
