UAE Luxury Real Estate Sales Surge to AED 9.15 Billion

Arada has made headlines by tripling its sales in the first half of 2025, achieving an impressive AED 9.15 billion driven by soaring demand for high-end property in the UAE. This surge reflects a robust interest in premium residential offerings that cater to a discerning clientele, particularly in Dubai and Sharjah. With fundamental growth in the real estate sector, Arada’s remarkable performance serves as a compelling indicator of the luxury market’s ongoing appeal in the region.

Record Sales Figures

In the first six months of 2025, Arada reported a remarkable total of 2,382 homes sold, marking a significant 247 percent increase compared to the same timeframe in 2024. Among the standout projects was the innovative wellness destination Akala, which made its debut in Dubai in May. Additionally, the Masaar 2 community in Sharjah, offering 2,000 villas and townhouses, achieved sell-out status in just three hours after its launch in February.

Market Dynamics Fueling Growth

Arada’s outstanding performance can be attributed to the thriving property markets in both Sharjah and Dubai. According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the value of properties sold in the region surged by 48 percent to AED 27 billion in the first half of 2025 compared to the previous year. Concurrently, Dubai maintained its reputation as a premier global property hotspot, with a 25 percent rise in real estate transactions, bringing the total to AED 431 billion.

Commitment to Community Development

“At Arada, we have always believed that when people and spaces connect with purpose, the results can be transformational,” expressed HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada. He elaborated that this philosophy drives the design of every community they build, emphasizing that the impressive sales figures in the first half of 2025 validate their long-term, people-centered strategy, yielding significant benefits for both residents and investors.

Future Plans and Ambitions

Looking forward, Arada is aiming for full-year sales of AED 15 billion and is on schedule to complete and deliver 2,000 homes in 2025. Earlier this month, the developer successfully concluded a visit to the global financial markets, securing a $450 million sukuk.

“We plan to build on the excellent sales results from the first half of the year by launching three additional projects across the UAE in the latter half of 2025, totaling around 5,000 new homes,” stated Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada. Moreover, the company is preparing to unveil its inaugural projects in Australia while simultaneously exploring new opportunities and partnerships both domestically and internationally.
