Five Emirati humanitarian aid convoys entered the Gaza Strip this week as part of Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3”, carrying 62 trucks loaded with 980 tonnes of relief supplies, including food aid, shelter materials, and medical equipment.
The convoys are part of the United Arab Emirates’ ongoing humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian people and meet their basic needs amid the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Strip.
Logistical preparations in Al Arish
The UAE humanitarian aid team in the city of Al Arish continues to prepare and load the convoys through the Emirati humanitarian logistics centre, within an integrated system designed to ensure the rapid reception, preparation and dispatch of aid to the Gaza Strip.
This approach helps meet growing humanitarian needs and ensures that relief assistance continues to reach those entitled to receive it.
Ongoing relief efforts
The latest convoys come as part of the UAE’s continuing humanitarian work under Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3”, through the regular dispatch of relief convoys aimed at providing essential supplies to the Palestinian people, easing their suffering, and strengthening the response to urgent humanitarian needs.
Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3” underlines the UAE’s commitment to maintaining support for the Palestinian people and reflects its firmly rooted humanitarian approach of extending a helping hand to those in need by providing various forms of humanitarian and relief assistance, embodying the country’s values of solidarity and humanitarian responsibility.
